Cutting Carbon Fiber Tubes

The carbon fiber tube that will form the structure of the rocker arms and camera boom has been cut. The four 9-inch pieces will be structurally bonded to a fitting that bolts to the wheel modules and center pivot assembly to form the rocker arms. The large 20-inch piece will become the deploy-able camera boom. The remainder of the tube will be used for bonding tests.  All of the carbon fiber was cut on a MK 470 wet diamond saw.  For our structural bonding, we will be using Loctite Hysol 9430 structural adhes
